At Main Line Group Wealth Management, we consider our relationship with our clients to be the firm’s most important asset. Protecting your right to privacy is very important to us and we will do our utmost to keep your personal information confidential. In planning your investment future, we collect certain nonpublic personal information. We treat this nonpublic personal information in accordance with our Client Privacy Policy as outlined below.

Information Collection

Main Line Group Wealth Management collects and maintains information on each client to enable us to provide comprehensive financial planning, investment management and investment consulting services. It also allows us to be more accurate and responsive to our clients’ needs. We are committed to protect you from unauthorized use of this information and to remain in compliance with all regulatory or other requirements.

Nonpublic personal information may be collected from the following sources:

1. Information we collect from you to prepare a financial plan, investment policy statement, asset allocation study or any other information used to establish an account at our firm.
2. Information you have provided in applications and forms.
3. Information that we generate to service your account(s) such as trade information, account statements and performance reports.
4. Information we receive from third parties such as your brokerage firms, banks, accountants, and attorneys.

Disclosure of Information

Main Line Group Wealth Management does not disclose any nonpublic, personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. We maintain physical and procedural safeguards to protect such information, and limit access to such information to those employees who require it in order to provide services to you. The law permits Main Line Group Wealth Management to share client information with companies affiliated with our firm or to companies affiliated with our clients, which may provide financial, accounting, and administrative services to Main Line Group Wealth Management. We are also permitted to disclose nonpublic personal information to affiliated outside parties who assist us with processing or servicing transactions, or services requested by you, and providing confirmations, statements, valuations or other records or information produced on our behalf. However, each of these affiliated outside parties must also have their own Privacy Policy and must share our desire to take every step possible to guard your privacy.
